Shipping Policy

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME AND RATES

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via phone or email.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation via phone or email with estimated time of delivery (ETD) or your tracking number once your order has shipped. 

​

DELIVERY METHOD

​

All deliveries are made curbside. The Customer is responsible for arrangements to accept an order, to unload from the truck, and move product to their home or job site in a timely fashion.

 

FREE IN WAREHOUSE PICKUP

​

We offer FREE pick-up services from our warehouses, please contact us at the contacts provided in our website to schedule an appointment.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

​

Tile Deals Shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).

DAMAGES

​

Tile Deals Shop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier, and also notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. 

​

Tile Deals Shop is not responsible for damages once the delivery is made, it is the customers responsibility to protect the product. The customer is solely responsible to move product to secure and properly climatized area. 

​

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

​

We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the USPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.

​

Tile Deals Shop will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.

​

CANCELATION

​

If the Customer wishes to cancel an order, it is the Customer’s responsibility to notify Tile Deals Shop immediately.

 

If the order has been loaded and is in route to the shipping address, the Customer is solely responsible for all inbound and outbound shipping charges, costs, including storage and restocking costs.

 

Any costs and charges for the cancelation will be deducted from refund for the return.

REFUSED DELIVERY

​

Tile Deals Shop does not accept delivery refusals in any circumstances, including, but not limited to, refusal because: changed your mind, were not at home, did not have an area for the delivery, did not allow the driver access into your delivery area.

 

Any costs and charges, including storage and restocking costs will be deducted from refund of the return.

SHIPMENT INSPECTION


Persons receiving shipments should conduct an inspection to verify the following minimum product conditions:​

  • The products conform to the purchase order requirements and other relevant documents (e.g. correct model number, description, size, type, color, dye lots, etc.).

  • The quantity ordered against the quantity shipped or delivered. 

  • There is no damage or breakage. 

 

You must notify the Tile Deals Shop not later than within 24 hours of product delivery of the discrepancy, regardless of whether the root cause, scope of issue or a resolution has been identified. Failure to do so releases the Tile Deals Shop from any liability or refunds.

MISSING OR STOLEN SHIPMENTS

​

If you didn't receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible but not later than within 24 hours:

 

We will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Local law enforcement will be involved. We will replace or refund your order when the investigation is complete. Allow up to 21 business days for the investigation.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS

We currently do not ship outside the United States, also to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
