Return & Refund Policy


You have ​30 calendar days to return a product from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, a product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The product must be in the original packaging and quantity, for example if tile is purchased by the box it must be returned by the original box except a product was purchased as a sample as indicated on the sales receipt.
Your product needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once a product has been installed, it cannot be returned, exchanged or a buyer refund for any reason. Tile Deals Shop is not responsible for product defect or damage, property damage or lost labor costs due to improper or faulty installation.


Once we receive your product, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned product. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the product.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.


You will be responsible for paying for all inbound and outbound shipping charges, costs, including storage and restocking costs for returning your product. All these charges and costs are non​refundable.

If you receive a refund, the charges and costs mentioned above will be deducted from your refund.


Final Sale products are not eligible for returns or refunds.
